- Cameras on your site that you can open on your phone at any hour, from any country. How many cameras, where they point, and the site power and internet are agreed with you as part of your project arrangements.
- A WhatsApp group for your house
- You, your site supervisor and the engineer in one chat. Questions get answered by the people doing the work, not passed through an office.
- Material-delivery updates
- Cement, steel, sand, blocks and finishes are posted as they arrive, with quantities and delivery notes, so you can match them to your bill of quantities.
- Progress and milestone reports
- Photos of each stage before it is covered, such as reinforcement before a pour or pipes before plaster, and a stage-complete notice before any payment is due.

Milestones you can check before you pay
Each building stage ends with photos and a stage-complete notice in your group. You can check it on camera, ask a relative to visit, or ask for a video walk-through. Then the payment for that stage is due.

Privacy on camera
Cameras face your site, not the neighbours. Access is limited to you and the people you nominate. We only show a client’s camera views or messages publicly, like the example here, with their written consent and with faces, names and number plates blurred.
Building from abroad: your questions
Is site CCTV included in every project?
CCTV access is arranged per project. The number of cameras, where they point, and the power and internet on site are agreed with you at quotation stage and written into your project arrangements.
What do I need to watch my site from abroad?
A smartphone or computer with internet. We help you set up the camera app and add you, and anyone you nominate, to the project's WhatsApp group.
What gets posted in the WhatsApp project group?
Material deliveries with quantities, progress photos and short videos, notices when a stage is complete, photos of work before it is covered (such as steel before a concrete pour), and answers to your questions.
How do I handle the time difference?
The camera is there whenever you want to look. Updates are posted during the Sri Lankan working day, and we schedule calls at a time that suits your time zone.
Can I pay for each stage from overseas?
Yes. Payments are made stage by stage by bank transfer, after each stage is complete and checked, with 5% retained until handover.
Can family members in Sri Lanka visit the site?
Yes. Tell us who they are and we will arrange site visits with the supervisor, and add them to the project group if you want.
